Industrial Roots

My relationship with industry began at the age of eight, working alongside my father in his heavy metal carpentry shop. By his side I grew up among meetings, jobsites, and assembly and installation projects, at a time when many decisions still relied on calculations, experience, technical judgment, and hands‑on field work.

Over time, that closeness allowed me to learn the value of the trade: welding, layout, reading technical drawings, and taking decisions and responsibility in field activities led me to understand the importance of teamwork in demanding environments. More than isolated skills, these were experiences that taught me to respect technical work, understand the reality of the people who execute projects, and value the precision, safety, and responsibility that every industrial activity requires.

That experience strengthened my confidence at the end of my engineering degree to move into industry and shaped a way of seeing it that still guides my work today: being on the shop floor firsthand, listening to people, analyzing the process before proposing solutions, and always keeping a clear connection between technical work, operations, and results — but above all, my passion for old‑school discipline.

A Journey Built on Industrial Experience

These images bring together real moments from my career after completing my degree in Industrial Maintenance Engineering, when I started as an Electrical Technician in CNC, robotics, and automation in the automotive industry, gradually evolving into technical coordination and operations management roles.

It has been a path built in industrial plants, installation and commissioning projects, line expansions, technical staff development, maintenance engineering, automation, and process improvement — especially in machining, assembly, die casting, foundry, and facilities environments — including experience as Maintenance and Engineering Manager.

This journey is the foundation of a consulting approach: staying close to the shop floor reality, listening with humility, and turning accumulated industrial experience into concrete operational improvements.

Today my operational base is in Italy, where I put my industrial experience at the service of companies seeking to improve equipment availability, process efficiency, and the quality of their technical decisions

My way of working is rooted in the shop floor: listening to people, understanding real problems, creating, reading, and analyzing field data, and detecting those small changes that can have a significant impact on operations — this is what I call “Engineering Insight”.

I believe in a practical, almost craft‑based approach to industrial consulting: understanding the essence of each process, implementing only what is truly necessary, and connecting technology, discipline, and management to turn real problems into concrete, sustainable, and measurable improvements.
